Chai-Coffee ke Saath Nashta: Ek Chhoti Si Galti, Bade Asar



India jaisi country mein, jahan aksar log apna din chai ya coffee ke saath shuru karte hain, yah ek aam aadat ban chuki hai. Subah uthte hi ek garam chai, aur phir office ya kaam par jaate waqt nashta ke saath bhi chai ya coffee ka sevan — yeh routine lagbhag har doosre ghar mein dekha ja sakta hai.

Lekin dosto, yeh chhoti si aadat aapke sharir par bade prabhav daal sakti hai.

Kai log aise hote hain jo dekhne mein bilkul theek lagte hain — thode chubby bhi — lekin jaise hi ghar ki sidhiya chadhni ho ya thoda mehnat wala kaam ho, turant saans phoolne lagti hai, thakan mehsoos hoti hai. Aap sochte hain:
"Main to time se khana kha raha hoon, healthy meal le raha hoon, fir bhi yeh sab kyu?"

Jawab hai – Galat timing par chai ya coffee ka sevan.

Chai aur coffee mein tannins aur caffeine hoti hain, jo iron aur calcium jaise zaroori nutrients ke absorption ko rok deti hain. Jab aap nashta ya khana chai/coffee ke saath lete hain, to aapke khane ka nutrition aapke sharir mein sahi dhang se absorb nahi ho pata. Khaaskar iron ka absorption to bahut hi prabhavit hota hai.

Saans ka phoolna

Kamjori

Energy ka kam hona


Yahi wajah hai ki aap dekhne mein healthy lagte hain, par andar se weak feel karte hain.

To kya karein?

Ek simple si aadat badliye:

Subah chai ya coffee lena hai to nashta ke 30–60 minutes pehle lijiye.

Ya nashta karne ke 30–60 minutes baad lijiye.

Khali pet chai se bhi bachna chahiye, lekin agar lena ho to uske baad proper gap dekar hi kuch solid food lijiye.


Swasth rehne ke liye sirf khana hi nahi, uska sahi samay bhi zaroori hota hai.
